We are big fans of the work Finn has been doing since launching her cookbook in 2017. It’s definitely a go to if you are a coeliac.

Finn is a bestselling cookbook writer, private chef and marine scientist. She lives in a little town on the wild west coast of Donegal. An avid surfer, Finn draws inspiration from her love of the ocean, which twists its way through her cookbook Finn’s World and blog
With a BSc in Ocean Science, an MSc in Marine biology and her culinary arts training in St Angela’s College Finn is as at home on the deck of a research ship as she is in the kitchen. Diagnosed as a coeliac aged 19 she as made it her mission to make healthy gluten free food – that anyone can make – tasty and affordable.
