Roasting carrots intensifies their flavour and the honey, herbs and sesame seeds make them deliciously sweet.
a handful of sesame seeds
Chantonay or baby carrots carrots
2-3 tbsp of Honey
Firstly give the carrots a good wash. You don’t need to peel the carrots. Boil them until softened in salted water. In a separate saucepan, boil up some honey and butter. Once the carrots are cooked drain and finally toss them into the honey and butter. Finish with chopped mint, sesame seeds and serve.
