Chocolate orange mousse

Makes 6
255g of dark chocolate chopped (70% cocoa)
200g of low fat milk
400g of whipping cream
5tbsp of sugar
zest of 2 oranges
Heat the milk and sugar over a medium heat and just before it boils add in the chocolate. Gently stir with a spatula until the chocolate and milk is no longer grainy.
 measure 400g of cream into a medium mixing bowl. Whip the cream till fluffy then add the orange zest.
Fold the chocolate mixture into the cream and continue until the white of the cream can no longer be seen.
Divide the mixture between 6 ramekins, dessert bowls or mugs. Smooth and swirl the top of each serving with a spoon. Chill for at least 2 hours, up to overnight. Serve cold. Enjoy.
