Protein Bars

The ultimate snack to keep you going.

Makes 15 bars

Ingredients

600g of peanut butter

100g of dark chocolate chips

100g of oat bran

3tbsp of honey

2 scoops of whey protein

Method

Line a tin or tray with cling film or parchment paper. Place all the ingredients into a bowl and mix really well with a wooden spoon. Spoon the mixture into the tray or tin and fold over the cling or parchment paper on top. Press it down well to flatten the mixture with your hands and freeze for 30mins to an hour. Once frozen slice them into your bars and wrap individually in parchment paper or clingfilm. Store them in the freezer until you want a snack and then eat from frozen.
